NSW - regional Drought report - 10 September 2019
Updated: Sep 15, 2019
The BOM’s August to October climate outlook indicates a drier and warmer than average three months is likely for much of Australia, particularly along the NSW ranges. The Indian Ocean Dipole remains positive, typically associated with below average rainfall in southern Australia in winter-spring. The positive dipole is not likely to change until the monsoon season commences in the north in summer.
